West Virginia officially signed running back Traevon Dunbar in their 2024 class on Wednesday.
Dunbar went on Instagram to announce his decision.
Dunbar is from Graniteville, South Carolina where he played at Midland Valley and rushed for over 3,000 yards this season (including postseason). He’s a powerful back who has sneaky speed and great ball carrier vision.
Dunbar also had offers from Arkansas, Boston College, Clemson, Florida State, Louisville, Maryland, Michigan State, North Carolina, Ole Miss, Penn State, South Carolina and Virginia Tech among others.
