West Virginia officially signed linebacker Rickey Williams in the 2024 class on Wednesday.
Williams, a native of Akron, Ohio, attended Archbishop Hoban High School. Williams is listed at 6-foot-2, 215 pounds and as a junior, Williams posted 134 tackles, 10 sacks, three forced fumbles, four fumble recoveries, and 26 tackles for loss. As a senior, Williams finished with 83 tackles, five sacks, and 14 tackles for loss.
Williams is a three-star recruit, and held offers from Akron, Buffalo, and James Madison among others.
