West Virginia officially signed defensive end Obinna Onwuka in the 2024 class on Wednesday.
Onwuka is from Upper Marlboro, Maryland, and attended Charles Flowers High School. Onwuka was the fourth verbal commitment of the 2024 class back in June.
Onwuka is 6-foot-4, 225-pounds, and he had 26 total tackles, 11 TFL his junior year. As a senior, Onwuka finished with 19 tackles, 12 tackles for loss, and four sacks.
He held offers from Maryland, Rutgers, USC, Penn State, Wisconsin, and Virginia Tech among others.
