Ty French, a 3x FCS All American edge rusher from Gardner-Webb, has announced his commitment to West Virginia.
In 41 games with Gardner-Webb, French posted 239 total tackles and 61 tackles for loss to go along with 34.5 sacks. French also had seven defended passes, seven fumbles, and an interception.
This past season French had 40 solo tackles, 22.5 tackles for loss, nine and half sacks, and in interception.
The senior from Moultrie, Georgia will have one year of eligibility remaining.
