West Virginia got their second official addition out of the transfer portal on Sunday, with Josh Minkins committing to the Mountaineers.
Minkins comes from Louisville, where he made 99 total tackles in his career and he will have one year of eligibility remaining. Minkins also has five total interceptions, including two this past season.
Defensive back is a position the Mountaineers have tried to hit hard in the transfer portal cycle, as Minkins joins Ayden Garnes from Duquesne, as the two additions thus far in the portal cycle.
