West Virginia will be returning two key linebackers for next season.
The Mountaineers got commitments from Ben Cutter and Trey Lathan on Wednesday, as West Virginia’s NIL team, Country Roads Trust, announced the commitments in a social media post.
Trey Lathan began the season as one of the starting linebackers before he suffered a season ending leg injury against TCU. Ben Cutter came in as the replacement for Trey Lathan for the rest of the season.
Lathan and Cutter join several other Mountaineers such as Garrett Greene, Kole Taylor, Jahiem White, and Rodney Gallagher, among others committing to staying at WVU next season.
