WV Attorney General submits letter to NCAA regarding RaeQuan Battle waiver denial

West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey has officially submitted a letter to the NCAA regarding the denial of RaeQuan Battle’s waiver.

Morrisey wrote the letter to NCAA President Charlie Baker, outlining the reasoning behind Battle’s reasoning to transfer, the NCAA’s previous reasoning behind transfer decisions, before urging the NCAA to “set things right” with Battle’s situation.

Morrisey’s letter comes after last week he announced he would look at any and all avenues, adding he would “demand answers” on the subject.
