Jose Perez commits to Pac-12 School

Jose Perez

After parting ways with West Virginia, Jose Perez has found a new home.

Perez is committing to Arizona State, Joe Tipton of On3Sports reported.

Perez was reportedly kicked off West Virginia for academic reasons, with interim head coach Josh Eilert saying, ““ talked about the non-negotiables in the first team meeting, and there’s a lot of non-negotiables. I wasn’t gonna compromise the integrity of the program and the culture of the program, so that’s where I’m going to leave it.”

Perez was forced to sit out last season after transferring during the year from Manhattan. Perez entered the transfer portal after leaving WVU.
