West Virginia Bowl Projections: Week 7

Bowl projections have West Virginia possibly playing some of the top teams in the country, as they are second in the Big 12 this week.

Texas and Oklahoma faced off in the Red River Rivalry, which saw Oklahoma defeat Texas 34-30. Texas slipped in the rankings from three down to nine while Oklahoma climbed seven spots to five. West Virginia’s bowl destiny seems to almost be a lock with them sitting at 4-1 and needing just two more wins to secure bowl eligibility. WVU moved up to second place in the Big 12 with the Texas loss to Oklahoma. The Mountaineers are back in action on Thursday against Houston.
