According to CBS Sports Jon Rothstein, the Big 12 will announce the conference’s basketball schedule for the upcoming season on Tuesday, September 26th.
This will be the first season with the four new teams in BYU, Cincinnati, Houston, and UCF, as well as the first season with the new scheduling format.
Teams will play five opponents twice and the other eight schools once.
West Virginia is slated to play UCF, Cincinnati, Kansas State, TCU, and Texas twice. At home the Mountaineers will have Baylor, BYU, Kansas, and Texas Tech while having Iowa State, Houston, Oklahoma, and Oklahoma State on the road.
