The West Virginia men’s soccer team has risen to No. 2 in the newest poll from Top Drawer Soccer.
The top two spots in the newest poll are occupied by the state of West Virginia, as the Mountaineers in state rival and fellow Sun Belt team, the Marshall men’s soccer team, occupy the No. 1 spot.
The Mountaineers post a 5-0-1 record following a 2-2 draw against UCF last Friday in Orlando. Marcus Caldeira has led the way for the Mountaineers, scoring seven goals in the six games they have played.
The Mountaineers next game is Tuesday as they play host to Dayton. Kickoff is set for 7:00.
