Tyshawn Dues commits to West Virginia, first class of 2025 commitment

The West Virginia football team has their first commitment from the class of 2025, with an in-state wideout.

Tyshawn Dues is a 5-11 WR out of Charleston, WV. West Virginia offered him back in July, and it was his first Power 5 offer. The high school junior has put up great numbers in his last three years as a varsity player for Hurricane High School. Through 28 games, he’s caught 81 passes for 1420 yards and 19 touchdowns.

“After some time and talking with close family and friends I have decided to commit to West Virginia University! Thank you to all coaches who have recruited me since the start of my high school career. Thank you to all my coaches, teammates, family, and friends who have helped me get to where I am now.” said Dues on X with a commitment graphic.
