West Virginia quarterback Garrett Greene left in the first quarter of WVU’s game against Pitt.
Greene and the Mountaineers went three and out on their first drive, before Greene would get hurt on WVU’s second drive of the game.
Greene kept the ball for a quarterback run, and then he was limping after the play. Greene stayed in for the next play but would be helped off by trainers following the play. Greene’s right leg or lower leg looked to be where the pain was coming from as he limped off.
Nicco Marchiol came in the game in replace of Greene.
