West Virginia long snapper Austin Brinkman has been named to the Patrick Mannelly Award Preseason Watchlist.
This award is given to the best long snapper in the country each season, and Brinkman is one of 25 names on the list. Brinkman is heading into his third season as WVU’s long snapper, and has not missed a game over the past two seasons.
Brinkman is one of four long snappers from Big 12 schools listed on the watchlist.
