Zach Frazier was named to the Preseason All-Big 12 Team on Wednesday.
Voted on by the media, Frazier was the only Mountaineer selected. Frazier is entering his junior season at WVU, and was named a First Team All-Big 12 selection last year.
Frazier is from Fairmont, West Virginia, and has made 25 consecutive starts at center for the Mountaineers.
The Big 12 Preseason Offensive Player of the Year was Jason Daniels of Kansas. The Big 12 Preseason Defensive Player of the Year was Jaylan Ford of Texas, while the Big 12 Preseason Newcomer of the Year was Treshaun Ward of Kansas State.
