Zae Jennings says recent WVU visit couldn’t have gone better

Over the weekend, WVU hosted Zae Jennings for a visit and he was impressed with how welcoming the coaching staff was. Jennings, a 3-star prospect according to 247Sports, is from Cincinnati, Ohio.

Listed at 6-foot-2 and 192 pounds, Jennings plays quarterback, but is also listed as an athlete. In his junior season, Jennings racked up over 1,000 all purpose yards, 11 touchdowns, and First Team honors for All-Conference and All-City.

“When I came, me and my family felt welcomed heavy,” said Jennings. “All the graduate assistants and staff made me and the family feel loved.”

Jennings left Morgantown very impressed following his visit, saying that “We got to see a lot of Morgantown. You can’t ask for a better official visit, I was very impressed.”

Jennings is part of the class of 2024 and holds offers from schools such as Cincinnati, Purdue, Marshall, James Madison, and many others. WVU’s 2024 recruiting class gained three commitments over the weekend, as Neal Brown and his staff continue to compile recruits.
