West Virginia baseball received their 2023 Regular Season Big 12 Champion trophy on Monday.
The Mountaineers took to social media to announce they had received the trophy with head coach Randy Mazey handing it to shortstop Tevin Tucker. West Virginia finished at 15-9 in the regular season, tying with Texas and Oklahoma State to be named Big 12 Co-Champs for the regular season trophy.
TCU won the Big 12 Tournament title this past weekend.
West Virginia heads to Lexington, Kentucky, to play in the Lexington Regional this weekend. The Mountaineers are set to face Indiana in the first game on Friday at 7 p.m. on ESPN+.
