West Virginia’s Zach Frazier named to Athlon Sports Preseason All-America First Team

Zach Frazier

West Virginia center Zach Frazier has been named a Preseason First Team All-American by Athlon Sports.

A Fairmont native, Frazier started all 12 games while only allowing one sack. The Big 12 coaches selected him as an All-First Team member. Heading into his junior year, Frazier has started 34-of-35 games, and is one of two Big 12 players on the first team for offense, defense, or special teams released by Athlon Sports.

Frazier is going to be one of the key pieces to return to an offensive line that brings back a lot of experience and who will look to run the ball.

West Virginia gets their first game in a big way on Sept. 2 on the road against Penn State on NBC.
