West Virginia football gained a transfer who had previously committed to play for Colorado.
Horton spent time at Marshall, before committing to Colorado on May 4. Horton spent three years at Marshall, but did not play in the 2020 season. He played in 18 games the past two seasons, catching 16 passes for 245 yards and two touchdowns.
Horton is originally of Louisville, and will have multiple years of eligibility remaining.
