WVU basketball offers top shooting guard in the class of 2025

West Virginia basketball offered top-100 shooting guard Kayden Edwards, who is in the class of 2025.

“Blessed and honored to receive an offer from West Virginia,” Edwards wrote in a tweet.

Edwards is 6-foot-3, and is from Duncanville, Texas. Edwards has been in contact with other schools such as Texas Tech, Arkansas, and SMU as he has visited all of those schools. He also has offers from Texas and Kansas State among other schools.

Edwards is ranked the 68th-best prospect in the 2025 class by Rivals.
