The kickoff time for West Virginia’s first game against Penn State may not be a secret much longer.
Penn State sophomore linebacker Abdul Carter posted what looked to be a countdown clock to the week one game between the two schools. On that. clock was the date (Sept. 2) which was already known. Also on it though was the time, which was listed as 7:30.
The Mountaineers opened last season on the road at Pitt, with another primetime kickoff of 7:00 p.m. This is the first matchup between these two regional rivals since 1992.
Penn State is the defending Rose Bowl Champion, while the Mountaineers are coming off a 5-7 finish to 2022.
