WVU Football Transfer Additions After First Week of the Portal
West Virginia football offered 2024 defensive back Gerard Johnson, he announced Wednesday.
Johnson, a 6-foot-4, 225-pound DB, is from Virginia Beach, Virginia. This past season in his junior year, he had 30 total tackles, 10.0 tackles for loss, 6.0 sacks, and a fumble recovery in just six games played.
Johnson has other offers from Virginia Tech, Duke, Wake Forest, among others. Johnson is a three-star prospect.
