WVU moves on from longtime coach Larry Harrison

Longtime West Virginia men’s basketball associate head coach Larry Harrison has parted ways with the team, they announced on Thursday.

Harrison has been at WVU over the past four seasons, and his 13th in the associate head coach role. He was in his 24th season under Huggins after he spent eight seasons with him at Cincinnati.

“I want to thank Larry for his years of service to Mountaineer basketball, and I wish him well in his future endeavors,” head coach Bob Huggins said.

The team will begin looking for Harrison’s replacement immediately.
