WVU lands safety from transfer portal

West Virginia gained the addition of Buffalo safety Keyshawn Cobb on Sunday as he announced his commitment to the Mountaineers.

Cobb spent one season at Buffalo where he had 66.0 total tackles, 4.5 TFL’s, three forced fumbles, and one interception. Cobb will have two years of eligibility remaining as he spent the first two years of his career at Northeast Mississippi C.C.

Cobb held offers from Stanford, Wake Forest, and Akron among others.
