West Virginia took another hit in the transfer portal late Friday night, as On3Sports reported defensive lineman Jordan Jefferson is entering the transfer portal.
Jefferson had somewhat of a breakout year for West Virginia this year. Jefferson played in all 12 games at nose tackle, finishing with 31 total tackles, 9.5 TFL’s, 3.0 sacks and five pass deflections.
Jefferson came to WVU in 2019, from Florida, and has played in at least 11 games every year except 2020 when he only appeared in four games.
Jefferson is the 14th player to enter the transfer portal for WVU this cycle.
