Taijh Alston, who has been at WVU since 2019, and who has played college football since 2017, has entered the transfer portal.
Alston, a native of Lumberton, North Carolina, made his intentions known on social media Thursday.
“Mountaineer nation, thank you for being the most passionate fans in college football,” Alston said.
In 26 career games at WVU, Alston had 56 tackles, 15.0 tackles for loss, and 8.0 sacks. He also had four forced fumbles.
