Four-star WR Traylon Ray commits to West Virginia

Four-star wide receiver Traylon Ray from Tallahassee, Florida has committed to play for the Mountaineers, he announced on Twitter Friday.

The 6-foot-3, 180-pound wideout is the No. 79 ranked wide receiver out of all receivers in the class of 2023. He is also the 95th-ranked player in the state of Florida for the class of 2023.

Last season as a junior at North Florida Christian High School, Ray 87 receptions for 1,366 yards and 17 touchdowns. This season, through 10 games played, he has 51 catches for 1,025 yards and 10 touchdowns. He also has two rushing touchdowns this season.

Ray’s final three schools were between Mississippi State, Tennessee, and West Virginia.
