On Tuesday, WVU running back Jaylen Anderson officially announced that he entered the transfer portal.
Anderson since 2021, when he redshirted as a freshman. 2022 was his best season as a Mountaineer; he had 275 rushing yards and two touchdowns, averaging 7.9 yards per carry.
He followed that season with 147 yards and a touchdown in 2023. This season, he had just 34 rushing yards on nine attempts.
Anderson has one year of remaining eligibility.
