West Virginia head coach Neal Brown provided an interesting answer on Monday when asked to give a message to fans.
Many fans were frustrated with his remarks, while others thought it was blown out of proportion. Regardless, due to the reaction and implications, the story has been going somewhat viral.
Following a 28-16 loss to Iowa State, the unbeaten and top-ranked team in the Big 12, the story of Brown’s pitch to fans to come back for their upcoming game against another ranked opponent, No. 17 Kansas State, has been picked up by national sports news outlets, such as ESPN and Barstool Sports.
