Former Mountaineer Geno Smith returned to the field on Sunday, and ultimately led the Seattle Seahawks on a game-winning drive.
Smith missed the Seahawks’ last two games with a groin injury, but he was able to find Colby Parkinson with 57 seconds to play on Sunday, to help lift the Seahawks to a 20-17 win over the Tennessee Titans.
Smith passed for a total of 227 yards and two touchdowns, while he didn’t throw an interception and helped the Seahawks stay in the playoff picture.
