Pro Football Focus listed West Virginia running back Jahiem White as a 2026 NFL Draft prospect to watch this college football season.
As a true freshman White broke out for the Mountaineers nearing midseason and provided a much-needed spark to their offense. He ended 2023 with 842 rushing yards and four touchdowns on 109 attempts, having the third-most yards per carry among FBS players and second-most among power-five at 7.7 ypc.
Now heading into his sophomore year, White is expected to get an entire season of work, splitting carries with fellow Mountaineer back CJ Donaldson. Donaldson and White have different play styles and may be the perfect complement to each other if utilized correctly. White won’t be eligible for the NFL Draft until 2026, but due to his playmaking ability, he could be a highly-regarded prospect then.
