MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – (June 13, 2024) – West Virginia University football coach Neal Brown has announced that Greg Genross, a 6-foot-7, 230-pound, redshirt junior from New York, New York, has signed a grant-in-aid and will transfer to WVU from Dodge City Community College in Dodge City, Kansas. He will have two years of remaining eligibility.

- Played for coach Terry Karg at Dodge City CC
- Earned NJCAA Division I All-American First Team honors
- Also named an All-KJCCC First-Team selection
- Helped lead Dodge City to an 8-3 record and the program’s first bowl game against New Mexico Military
- Saw action in nine games and finished with 16 catches for 173 yards and two touchdowns
- Collected a season-high four catches for 48 yards and a touchdown against Iowa Western
- Registered three catches for 76 yards with a long of 33 yards against Garden City
- Had three receptions for 12 yards at Independence
- Recorded two catches for 10 yards and a touchdown at Highland CC
2022 (r-Fr.) – Dodge City CC
- Played in eight games as a redshirt freshman
- Had 10 catches for 92 yards and a touchdown
- Finished with two catches for 45 yards with a long of 40 yards against Hutchinson CC
- Registered four catches for 18 yards with a long of 13 yards against Iowa Central CC
- Recorded an 11-yard touchdown catch against Highland
