WVU News Daily is a new Monday through Friday video series attempting to shed a light on all of the happenings within the WVU sports world, spanning across all WVU athletics programs.
With the WVU women’s basketball team advancing in the NCAA Tournament, the March 23rd edition of WVU News Daily provides a preview of their 2nd round matchup with the Kentucky Wildcats as the two teams prepare to compete for a spot in the Sweet 16. Additionally, WVU wrestling performed admirably in the NCAA Wrestling Championships over the weekend as a Mountaineer wrestler was named an All-American following the event. Plus, WVU baseball completed a series sweep over conference opponent BYU.
