The transfer portal may have closed for entries yesterday, but WVU football will continue to target and add players from the portal until they feel their roster is complete.
The defensive line and the secondary had remained positions of need for the Mountaineers, and the staff addressed those areas with the recent commitments they secured from a trio of portal players. Jaire Rawlison – a starting Cornerback at Kent State, Jacob Bradford – a former highly-ranked Safety recruit in 2024 who committed to LSU, and Tobi Haastrup – an athletic freak coming off the edge that began his career at Oregon, all pledged their commitments to the Mountaineers on Friday.
