West Virginia safety transfer Jaheem Joseph was signed by UNLV on Friday.
Joseph spent one season with the Mountaineers after three seasons at Northwestern. In 2024, at WVU, Joseph had 41 total tackles (26 solo), two passes defended and an interception. The interception came against Oklahoma State.
Joseph entered the transfer portal with one year of eligibility following the coaching changes at West Virginia. He joins a UNLV team that went 11-3 in 2024, finishing second in the Mountain West. The Rebels are now coached by former SEC coach Dan Mullen after their previous head coach, Barry Odom, was by Purdue.
