According to college football reporter Matt Zenitz, West Virginia linebacker transfer Trey Lathan is expected to transfer to Kansas.
Lathan enrolled at WVU in 2022 and took a redshirt, appearing in four games. In 2023, he stepped up for the Mountaineers before suffering a broken leg against TCU in WVU’s fifth game.
In his career, the rising redshirt junior has played in 22 games, totaling 112 tackles (51 solo), including 10 tackles-for-loss and two sacks, as well as two forced fumbles and two passes defended. The Goulds, Florida native, has two years of remaining eligibility.
