The transfer portal opened on Monday and WVU is already making offers, despite not having a current head coach.
Cincinnati defensive back Kalen Carroll announced that he was offered by West Virginia on Monday. Carroll played in eight games for the Bearcats this season as a redshirt sophomore.
He had 19 total tackles this year (13 solo) and one pass defended.
He will have two years of remaining eligibility.
