The portal officially opens on Dec. 9th but multiple Mountaineers have already decided to enter the transfer portal after head coach Neal Brown was fired Sunday afternoon.
Collins appeared in games for WVU in two of the past three seasons. In 2022 and 2023, he recorded five total tackles. In 2024, he recorded no stats.
Collins will enter the portal with two years of eligibility remaining.
