Wyatt Milum
Milum is a true senior and has been a mainstay of the Mountaineers’ offensive line over the past three seasons. The left tackle has received many honors throughout his career, most recently being named to the Preseason All-Big 12 team in July. Last season, Milum was an All-American Honorable-Mention and made the All-Big 12 Conference Second Team. Seeing action on 753 offensive snaps last year, Milum didn’t allow a sack on any play. He graded out to 92% or better in 11 of the 12 games he appeared in during the 2023 campaign. Watch for Milum to have another impressive campaign in 2024, and then look towards the NFL draft boards. Milum has been getting attention from the professional level, so don’t be surprised if he is selected in the 2025 NFL Draft.
Johnny Williams IV
Williams is a redshirt freshman who has served as a depth piece in West Virginia’s offensive line. Last year, Williams saw game action five times including a season-high 24 offensive plays against Duquense. In high school, Williams was a three-star recruit out of Macon, Georgia. He held sixteen offers for football, including ones from Arizona State, UConn, Duke, Florida State, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Louisville, Miami, NC State, Oregon, and Virginia.
Tomas Rimac
Rimac is a redshirt junior who’s become a full-time starter for the offensive line. Last season, Rimac was an All-Big 12 Conference Honorable-Mention after starting in all eleven games he played. He missed two games last season due to a leg injury. Like Milum, he also did not allow a sack in 2023. During his redshirt freshman campaign in 2022, The Athletic named Rimac to their Freshman All-American First Team. Look for Rimac to continue to be a steady presence on the offensive line that led Power 5 in rushing yards per game (228.9) and was third nationally in fewest sacks allowed (10).
Sullivan Weidman
Weidman is a redshirt sophomore who played a depth role last season, appearing in eight games. He saw significant playing time against Duquense and BYU, playing in 48 combined offensive snaps between the two games. In high school, Weidman was a three-star recruit and the No. 6 recruit out of the state of Massachusetts. He held twenty offers from various schools including Arizona State, Boston College, UConn, Duke, Georgia Tech, Indiana, Louisville, Michigan, Michigan State, Minnesota, Nebraska, Pittsburgh, Rutgers, Syracuse, Vanderbilt and Virginia.
Brandon Yates
Yates is a redshirt senior who has spent his college career across the offensive line. After redshirting in 2019, he started at left tackle exclusively throughout 2020 and 2021. However, he was moved to right tackle in 2022 and played at left guard, right guard and center in 2023. No matter where Yates has lined up, he’s found ways to make impacts. Yates was an All-Big 12 Conference Honorable Mention in 2023 after a campaign where he did not allow a sack throughout. He also ranked third on the team in knockdowns (35) and third in great blocks (55). While Yates could line up anywhere on the offensive line, he is currently projected to be West Virginia’s starting center.
Landen Livingston
Livingston is a redshirt sophomore who added depth to the center position in 2023. He played in three games last season, including 24 snaps against Duquense. In high school, the three-star prospect was the No. 13 prospect out of Indiana for the class of 2022. Amongst his 14 offers were Arizona State, Iowa, Indiana, Cincinnati, Purdue, Illinois, Michigan State, and Minnesota, but Livingston decided to take his talents to Morgantown.
Ja’Quay Hubbard
Hubbard is a redshirt senior that’s been a consistent piece of the offensive line. Like Yates, Hubbard has put in time at different positions on the line, including left tackle, right tackle, and right guard. Last season he played in 432 offensive snaps, including a season high 85 against Houston. Throughout his 2023 campaign, Hubbard had 19 knockdowns and 18 great blocks, including four knockdowns and three great blocks against Oklahoma State alone. Hubbard has made the most of his 26 career games and looks to start at right guard for West Virginia this season.
Nick Krahe
Krahe is a redshirt freshman who only saw action against Duquense and BYU last season. The three-star prospect out of Harborcreek, Pennsylvania was the No. 30 prospect out of the state. Amongst his 23 offers were Ivy Schools Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, UPenn, Princeton, and Yale. In high school, Krahe maintained a GPA higher than 4.0. Other notable schools that offered Krahe include Pittsburgh, Boston College, and Maryland.
Nick Malone
Malone is a redshirt senior approaching his first full season as a full-time starter. While he has played in every game since the 2021 season, Malone has only started in five games total. He split time between tackle and special teams in 2023, seeing 85 snaps in Houston and 11 special teams snaps against North Carolina in the Duke’s Mayo Bowl. The former walk-on from Morgantown High School has risen to the top of the depth chart and looks to have solidified the right tackle position for 2024.
Xavier Bausley
Bausley is a redshirt sophomore who transferred to West Virginia after playing for Jacksonville State and former Mountaineer head coach Rich Rodriguez in 2023. With the Gamecocks, Bausley was named to the Conference USA All-Freshman team after starting 11 games at right tackle for them. He was also named to The Athletic Freshman All-America Second Team and Pro Football Focus College All-CUSA team for his efforts. Jacksonville State boasted the third-best rushing offense in FBS last season with help from the West Virginia native. Now just a few hours northeast of his hometown of Dunbar, West Virginia, look for Bausley to make regular appearances in 2024 and potentially become the next starting right tackle for the Mountaineers.
