Former West Virginia quarterback Geno Smith has been chosen to replace Patrick Mahomes in the 2024 Pro Bowl games.
Smith threw for 3,624 yards and 20 touchdowns this season helping the Seahawks to a 9-8 record, barely missing the playoffs.
On top of that, Smith rushed for 155 yards and a touchdown on 37 attempts. This is the 33-year-old’s second consecutive pro bowl, making his first last season.
From 2009-2012 at West Virginia, Smith threw for 11,662 yards and 98 touchdowns, with only 21 interceptions, defeating Clemson in the Orange Bowl in 2012.
