West Virginia women’s basketball received votes in the AP Top 25 poll on Monday, while they also received a high ranking in the initial NET Rankings.
While they only got one vote this week, one vote is better than none as the Mountaineers rank 43rd in the country in the latest Associated Press Top 25 Poll. WVU plays host to No. 25 Penn State on Monday night.
The NET Rankings have WVU at 31st which is fourth-best in the Big `12.
The Mountaineers are off to a 7-0 start under first-year head coach Mark Kellogg.
