The NFL preseason kicked off last Thursday and some former Mountaineers have been seeing action throughout the week.
On Friday, David Sills V led the New York Giants in receiving yards for their game against the Detroit Lions. He finished the game with two catches for 36 yards. Bryce Ford-Wheaton also saw game action for the Giants but did not record a catch.
That same night, Dante Stills made his NFL debut and impressed several people. Stills and the Arizona Cardinals took on the Denver Bronco’s where Stills saw himself continuously making noise throughout the game. He finished the game credited with three tackles, one solo and two assisted.
In the Dallas Cowboys game on Saturday, Will Grier saw himself play the majority of the game, finishing 22-of-31 with 199 yards, two touchdowns, and an interception. Grier also added a 14 yard run on top of that.
