According to Carl Reed, Carr is entering the portal, which Carr confirmed by retweeting the tweet.
The St. Louis native, Carr played in 12 games this season, after playing in 10 a season ago. Carr had 21 total tackles, 4.5 TFL’s, and 1.0 sack this season.
