West Virginia has offered Jackson State transfer Willis Patrick.
Patrick is an offensive lineman, who spend this past season at FCS Jackson State. Before this past year he was at Division II Angelo State, where he won the offensive lineman of the year.
Patrick is 6-foot-4, 345 pounds, and received his offer on Dec. 21.
