West Virginia men’s basketball’s roster continues to be in flux.
They dealt with another departure on Monday, as forward Josiah Harris entered the transfer portal, making it three departures via the portal, in addition to the many seniors WVU lost on their roster.
Who’s Out
WVU lost Akok Akok, RaeQuan Battle, and Jesse Edwards, as they are all out of eligibility. Quinn Slazinski is also out of eligibility unless he picks up a redshirt and is able to gain an extra year of eligibility.
The three transfers WVU has lost are, Josiah Harris, Kerr Kriisa, and Seth Wilson. In addition, since our last update last week, WVU high school signee Carmelo Adkins announced he will not be attending West Virginia, opening the door for another roster spot.
Who’s In
West Virginia has made two total additions since Darian DeVries took over as head coach.
First, his son, Tanner DeVries, that has been made known since day one, but also he got a former Drake commit, KJ Tenner to join the fold.
Tenner, a high school player, was recently named Tennessee’s Class 4A Mr. Basketball and has consistently averaged over 20 points per game has past four seasons at Cordova High.
